Notice Of Nondiscriminatory Policy As To Students
Cincinnati Center for Autism (CCA) admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at CCA. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other CCA-administered programs.
While CCA does not discriminate against students/clients with special needs, a full range of services may not always be available to them. Decisions concerning the admission, continued enrollment, and ratio of a student/client are based upon the student’s/client’s behavioral, medical, academic, physical abilities, and the resources available to CCA in meeting the student’s/client’s needs. Therefore, Cincinnati Center for Autism reserves the right to make changes in a student’s/client’s ratio dependent on the safety of students/clients and staff, as well as the student’s/client’s needs.
